Week 11 Predictions

After last week, the playoff race only got tighter. I can confidently tell you that it is going to take at least 6 wins to get into the playoffs - which means another team has joined Sagging TD's...

Teams that have clinched a Playoff Berth:
1. Hernandez Hit Men (9-1)
2. White Condomints (9-1)
3. Steady Diet (8-2)

Teams in the race:
1. Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood (6-4)
2. OSCARMEYER WIENERLOVER (6-4)
3. Hoosier Daddy (5-5)
4. The Trashmen (5-5)
5. Prible is my B*tch (5-5)
6. The J-Bones (4-6)
7. Team Dez Nuts (4-6)
8. Grau's Beeyatch (3-7)
9. Col. Erran Morad (3-7)

Teams Eliminated:
1. Mike McCarthy is Gay
2. Sagging TD's

Mr. Rodger's Neighborhood v White Condomints

This is an interesting matchup between a team that is fighting for a playoff berth and a team that is fighting for the top seed.

Mr. Rodgers will be looking for a bigger performance from Barkley - who let him down last week against Dez Nuts. IF that doesn't happen there could be trouble this week - Hilton, Jackson, Snead have all been anything but consistent this season. The news that Leveon Bell will not be playing at all this season is a big blow to Mr. Rodger's roster - but nothing that is too devastating. He would have lost Kupp to injury anyways, so essentially he will have just lost Breida - which could actually end up hurting him this week.

White Condomints will be relying on his three studs: Brown, Hopkins, and Hunt. Ingram will hopefully pitch in when it is needed and Prescott could have a good week against a soft defense. Cohen finds himself in the middle of a primetime battle with Minnesota - hopefully he can shine bright with all eyes on him! WC could find themselves in a points race for the winner of the regular season - hopefully he can find some!

Prediction: White Condomints

Col. Erran Morad v Prible is my B*tch

Col. Morad is not yet eliminated, but he will need to win out and get a little help from a few others.

If Col. Morad wins out, he will finish at 6-7 which also means that in order to make the playoffs....

Team Dez Nuts, The J-Bones, and one of the three 5-5 teams would have to fail to reach 6 wins - not likely, but a step in the right direction is winning this week.

Outside of Big Ben going against a tough secondary, the matchups look favorable for Col. Morad. Will we see another 160+ point explosion? Doubtful, but there is a good possibility of 120+ points.

If PIMB wants to get one step closer locking up a playoff berth - this is a huge week! OBJ and Jones are going to need to show up again, and in a big way. Peterson is going to struggle finding any running lanes with that offensive line against the Houston defense. Boyd is going to struggle again this week without Green to take some of the pressure off of him. This matchup is going to come down Jones and OBJ having big weeks and a couple other players stepping up and scoring some points for PIMB.

Unfortunately, matchups are leaning towards...

Prediction: Col. Erran Morad

Sagging TD's v Team Dez Nuts

I am fairly positive that Sagging TD's is not changing anything in their lineup - which saddens me, but helped his previous opponents.

This is a huge week for Dez Nuts - who has found themselves on a two game winning streak. A lot of that is thanks to Luck and Smith-Schuster stepping up as Kelce has had average tight end games. This week Kelce should find himself in a high scoring affair and could easily score into the 20's. The game script might be in the favor of Thompson; I could easily see Washington struggling to find running lanes and opt for the receiving back against Houston defensive front.

For Sagging TD's, I don't see a ton that I like. I love Brees, but after that I am not sure. I think Carson could have a good game - but you never know which running back Seattle is going to ride. Brown has always been an off and on receiver. Sorry Team Dez Nuts - I am not sure I can talk myself into picking your opponent this week...

Prediction: Team Dez Nuts

Grau's Beeyatch v The Trashmen

Grau's Beeyatch finds themselves in the same situation as Col. Morad - needs to win out and needs to have some help.

Luckily, Grau's B has my prediction for the number running back this week: Elliott. Average running backs have been tearing up Atlanta's defense - imagine what a top level running back will be able to do! Jeffery has a terrific matchup with the worst passing defense in the NFL. Thursday Night Football is an important game for Grau's B: can Aaron Rodgers deliver when it is needed most?

The Trashmen would love to notch another one in the win column and also knock someone out of the race at the same time. Wentz and Ertz make for a very appetizing stack - which should work out tremendously against a soft New Orleans secondary. Actually, outside of the running back position - there are a lot of nice matchups for The Trashmen. I would look into switching up the defense, Indianapolis has been looking very efficient on offense and are on a nice three game winning streak! Other than that, ride that Philly stack to a big win this week...

Prediction: The Trashmen

Hoosier Daddy v Steady Diet

It is about time we have our rematch from last season's championship!

Last year Steady Diet (then named Waco Kid) enjoyed the points explosion from Gurley - this year? Gurley is playing for Hoosier Daddy. If Gurley is willing to switch teams, then so will I!

Prediction: Hoosier Daddy

Hernandez Hit Men v Mike McCarthy is Gay

As you can tell, this matchup is littered with bye week players - which would have worked in MMIG's favor if it wasn't the Patriots bye week.

Mahomes is in a game featuring the highest over/under points line - which means it should be extremely high scoring. McCaffrey has already showcased his ability to single-handedly dominate the offense for Carolina. Melvin Gordon is....well, Melvin Gordon! These three alone are going to be tough - let alone throwing in Ebron, who seems to constantly find the end zone.

MMIG has Dalton on his bench - which is not necessarily a good thing, as he faces Baltimore's defense this week. However, he also has Adam Theilen on his bench - who has dominated this season. MMIG is already eliminated and this week is not going to make that easier.

Prediction: Hernandez Hit Men

Matchup of the Week
OSCARMEYER WIENERLOVER v The J-Bones

This is the Matchup of the Week, for one reason only - they will be watching the games together!

QB - Goff v Stafford
Goff clearly has the upper hand. He is featured in a matchup that is expecting the highest point total and Stafford has look subpar since the trade deadline. Clearly, Goff has the upper hand - even he is just lost Kupp for the season.

RB - Johnson/Rodgers v Conner/Coleman
Which one of these running backs don't belong? Rodgers had an anomaly week last week with 8 receptions. Prior to this week, Rodgers hadn't broken 7 points - clear advantage to Conner and Coleman, especially with Bell not reporting.

WR - Thomas/Golladay v Allen/Ridley
Currently, Kupp is in the starting lineup - but that is going to change. Ridley has been The J-Bones go to replacement wide receiver and has been fairly consistent in that role. Thomas is clearly the guy to have in this matchup, but Golladay has struggled after the trade of Tate. There is a slight advantage for Thomas/Golladay, but this is closer than you might think!

TE - Hooper v Reed
Personally, I am not very big on anyone for Washington this week. I just think that the offensive line injury issues is going to catch up to them sooner rather than later. Hooper has been up and down this season, but he is in an offense that should move the ball and he will see opportunities in the red zone. Advantage Hooper.

FLEX - Diggs v Mack
This is the current matchup, but Breida definitely made a case for himself to be played this week instead of Mack. Diggs has a very tough matchup this week and might struggle to find an opening. I think either running back (Mack or Breida) will outperform Diggs this week. The bigger question: who plays after this week?

D/K - Bengals/Hopkins v ?/Lutz
I know the "?" will be replaced with a defense, but the only defense on The J-Bones bench is Minnesota. Minnesota has to face the Bears who have actually looked really good on offense. I give the advantage to the Bengals/Hopkins - I think the Bengals will swallow Flacco and spit him out (I hate that guy)!

Prediction: The J-Bones, need a big week from the running backs!
